What is CrossFit?
CrossFit is a lifestyle characterized by safe and effective exercise. CrossFit can be used to accomplish any goal from improved health to weight loss and performance. The program works for everyone – from people who are just starting to people who have been training for years!
The magic is in the movement. CrossFit workouts are different every day and can be modified to help each athlete achieve their goals. The workouts can be easily adapted for people at any age and fitness level.
CrossFit is a support network! People encourage and motivate each other in every class. Start training with friends. Make new friends. The fun is in the community.
Our program delivers a fitness that is, by design, broad, general, and inclusive. Our specialty is not specializing. Combat, survival, many sports, and life reward this kind of fitness and, on average, punish the specialist.
The CrossFit program is designed for universal scalability making it the perfect application for any committed individual regardless of experience. We’ve used our same routines for elderly individuals with heart disease and cage fighters one month out from televised bouts. We scale load and intensity; we don’t change programs. The needs of Olympic athletes and our grandparents differ by degree not kind. Our terrorist hunters, skiers, mountain bike riders and housewives have found their best fitness from the same regimen.

- A “Fit Test” to show you what a sample CrossFit workout will be like

For a one month unlimited access
One person $100
Couple is $150
We offer additional add ons for kids under the age of 18 who live with their parents for $25.
We also offer discounts for cival service and high schoolers!
